What was the highlight of Hotel Trend JR Uji Ekimae
Good location, not bad service, doesn't worth the price
The location is very good, 5min walk from Uji station. The room is newly furnitured. The hotel is also close to several good restaurants and sightseeing spots.
The biggest problem is ilthe room and service DO NOT match it's price. I booked the room one week before I stayed. The room price of this hotel is doubled compared to other hotels with equivalent room plans. The WiFi is almost broken, I cannot watch a video with the WiFi. So why would customers on business travel choosing your hotel since you do not have good Internet connection? And just like other reviews mentioned, the curtain is about 2 inches away from the window, it can't cover much. When the sun rises the sunlight will directly shine on your face. And the last one, with such decent facilities, the hotel front desk does not speak much English. I am not blaming the front desk service, they did quite good job. I just want to emphasize that the room and the service does not match the price, not only for me but also for other people travelling with business purpose.

「このホテルの通り沿いが宇治で一番の繁華街だそうで飲食店利用などは徒歩圏内で便利でした。」
新しいので快適でした。コインランドリーが洗濯乾燥一体型で入れ替えに行く必要がなく、大変助かりました。
ベッドが硬いと言う意見がありました。私は気にならなかったです。使い捨てスリッパが今まで利用した宿で1番貧相でした。足の裏が毛羽立ってしまい気持ち良くなかったです。

宇治の観光地からとても近いし、JR宇治駅も徒歩で十分行ける。事前に車利用をお伝えしたら、きちんと場所確保もしといてくれた。
ツインの部屋に二人で宿泊した。荷物を置く場所がない。
